I am not sure if this is a bug in the CI infrastructure, of if I did
something wrong.

i had uploaded a new source package (golang-gopkg-alecthomas-kingpin.v3)
that is meant to replace the one with the -unstable suffix and it binary
package. I understand that -unstable will just vanish from the archive
as soon as the new one replaces all the binary packages.

Now the test is failing for the older package in testing, which in turn
prevents the new package from migrating. I am not sure how to solve
this, could you advice?
