[pkg-go] Upload golang-gopkg-cheggaaa-pb.v1 to unstable

I want to use latest version of  golang-gopkg-cheggaaa-pb.v1 in unstable.
This package is in experimental, I have confirmed that there is no problem
building packages that depends on this.
Can I upload to unstable ?
