[pkg-go] Request Access on salsa.d.o for username: yanhao-guest

Dear Debian go maintainers,

I am working on packaging deepin[] software for debian. There are some
works about packaging some go packages, and I'd like to let these
packages under umbrella of go team. So is there anyone would like to bring
me into the go team on salsa.d.o? Many thanks for that. FYI the packing I am
working on now is "golang-github-howeyc-fsnotify" [2].

I have already made an access request on salsa.d.o .
