[pkg-go] golang-github-tdewolff-parse/2.3.3-1 appears to break golang-github-tdewolff-minify/2.3.4-1 autopkgtest

Dear maintainers,

With a recent upload of golang-github-tdewolff-parse the autopkgtest of
golang-github-tdewolff-minify version 2.3.4-1 started to fail in testing
On top of that also the autopkgtest of golang-github-tdewolff-minify
version 2.3.5-1 fails with version 2.3.2-1. See:

It seems that the situation can be improved by adding a versioned
(test?) depend on golang-github-tdewolff-parse-dev in
golang-github-tdewolff-minify and a versioned breaks
golang-github-tdewolff-minify in golang-github-tdewolff-parse-dev.

Currently this regression is delaying the migration of
golang-github-tdewolff-parse to testing by 13 days. It may be that you
don't think it is worth the effort to document this package relation,
you can just wait until the package migrates. In the future when
autopkgtest becomes gating, these kind of relations are necessary to
guarantee migration.
