Yes, I should be able to take care of at least rkt, nomad and appc-spec... 
Yet another thing to do...

That's not enough unfortunately, as if somebody already have "golang-speter-
go-exp-math-dec-inf-dev" installed they will experience error on attempt to 
install "golang-gopkg-inf.v0". Therefore the latter must have Breaks/Replaces 
anyway...
