[pkg-go] RFS: golang-github-zyedidia-terminal

I prepared packaging for https://github.com/zyedidia/terminal
It is present at:
    https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/golang-github-zyedidia-terminal

This package depends on one package for which Mangesh has an ITP for:
     golang-github-zyedidia-pty (#898859)
so this should be packaged and uploaded first.

Please review this and upload.
