For now, we still use the Alioth list in the Maintainer field, yes.

However I think that we would eventually move to a tracker email like so:
 -  team+pkg-go at tracker.debian.org

One thing is certain, we will not use debian-go at lists.debian.org in the
Maintainer fields because this is not allowed on lists.debian.org.
