[pkg-go] Bug#907224: prometheus-alertmanager: Dummy website should use relative links

Dear Maintainer,

the dummy website provided by the prometheus-alertmanager package has
absolute links set, but the alertmanager website could be reverse-proxied 
in which case the links need to be relative. The links therefore link to 
the wrong URL.
