Yes, I had been waiting for that to get rejected so I could upload a new package
with the same version number with complete copyright information

When you have time, could you please check the newly uploaded package
again?  It was uploaded on 2018-09-22.

And, another selfish request: Could you please also take a look at
these packages in the NEW queue too?

 * hub
 * golang-github-bep-go-tocss

I have almost forgotten about "hub", but it seems that other DDs or
DMs are interested in seeing this package in Debian too, see the nudge
I got at https://bugs.debian.org/807866
