[pkg-go] Intent to add some container tools to Debian

Hey, I feel offended... "docker.io" and "rkt" are quite healthy so what do

Last time I checked (some weeks ago) "libpod" needed about 12 direct 
dependencies to package (and unknown number of indirect dependencies).

However libpod and its dependencies were unversioned -- which is a definite 
sign of immaturity or lack of upstream competence. :(

IMHO unless situation improves "libpod" will be very difficult to maintain 
(just like Docker)...

Maybe... Or perhaps we need to well maintain (only) a few worthy ones...
