[pkg-go] Golang 1.12 FTBFS on mipsel

Hi all,

the compiler package golang-1.12 FTBFS on mipsel and therefore prevents
the migration to testing. Reading the past buildd logs, the failure does
not seem to be reproducible -- the build process errors out at different
stages:

Does anybody have a clue why this happens and how it could be solved?
I've tried to find information about this on upstream's github issues,
but there is nothing mentioned.
