[pkg-go] Bug#933837: mmark: upgrade to version 2

I think there is currently no way for it to be updated, as hugo
depends on this specific version and hugo is in fact the only package
that depends on golang-github-miekg-mmark right now.

One way to workaround this would be to submit a PR to upstream hugo
updating their dependency on this package.
