I don't know either but I suspect whatever is being tested for Golang 
packages per "autopkgtest-pkg-go" may have a bug responsible for this 
(presumably) false positive.

Lot of things may get broken in unstable due to changes in other packages 
around the same time.

In this particular package the only thing changed is introduction of "-dev" 
package. However "go build" (or "go generate") is failing in the most unusual 
unreproducible way unrelated to the change in recent upload.

I suspect that one of the patches is not applied for a test but that's only a 
guess...
