[pkg-go] Bug#944346: FTBFS due API change of `github.com/docker/distribution at v2.7.1`

Hi,
I've run into this on Ubuntu [1] initially but found that Debian [this
bug] as well as upstream [2] is affected. Not only makes it the
package FTBFS, it also breaks execution in debci [3] as there it will
rebuild leading to the same logs [4] that I see in Ubuntu.

My git-foo is weak, so I can't really provide a fix, but at least
wanted to make you aware of it.
