Just remove the "docker-engine-api" already. Please.

Swarm is broken and unmaintained.  "engine-api" is obsolete and useless, to 
say the least. Any new upload of Swarm (when anyone manages to build it from 
source) will not depend on "engine-api" any more because "engine-api" is most 
certainly is not compatible with current (and several past releases) of
