Hi.

This is easily fixed by updating to the latest upstream version (1.1.17).

@Hilko: OK with you? I have already prepared the update as need this for
stenographer to migrate. Gopacket as a dependency has been removed from
testing due to this RC bug.

Will do a team upload on the weekend if there are no objections.
