The purpose should be self-explanatory: it prints auto-populated
DH_GOLANG_INSTALL_EXTRA so we'd know what exactly have been found
by wildcard patterns and so we'd have records of that in the build
log.

Valid Makefile syntax should not confuse autopkgtest.
