[pkg-go] Bug#993278: systemd unit warns about "Special user nobody"

I get this when i `systemctl daemon-reload` here:

aoû 29 20:03:56 angela systemd[1]: /lib/systemd/system/irtt.service:9: Special user nobody configured, this is not safe! 

I suspect it might be because User=nobody is used in the service
file... If you need any dumb user, why not use DynamicUser=?
