[pkg-go] Bug#1005839: undefined reference to `reflect.unsafe_New' #21

The package  golang-github-containers-buildah 1.24.1+ds1-1 fails to build
in experimental with undefined references. This appears to affect all
architectures that use gccgo instead fo the "official" golang-go compiler.

I've found an upstream bug that seems to describe this issue at
https://github.com/modern-go/reflect2/issues/21
