[pkg-go] Bug#1006426: unable to start container: could not find "rootlessport" with podman 4.0.1

Hi, I found a bug in the podman .deb package. The file "rootlessport" is
not included in the package, so that it is unable to start the container.

The maintainer of podman replied that,

> This is a debian bug, rootlessport needs to be installed for rootless
port forwarding since 4.0 (make rootlessport)
