[pkg-go] Maintaining go-mtpfs, golang-github-hanwen-{usb,go-fuse}

I'm currently the main uploader of these three packages, but I find I
am not using them any more myself, so it is hard to maintain them.

I'd be very happy to pass them on to someone who uses them!
