[pkg-go] Bug#1115941: podman: Files in /etc not removed on update

Hello,

It seems that the podman package stopped shipping files in
/etc  but these files are not removed on update.

$ dpkg --status podman |grep obsolete
 /etc/containers/libpod.conf ceec5a77b5f6a56d212eeed7b707d322 obsolete
 /etc/profile.d/podman-docker.csh ea6bc3f0fb94f09869eb9cecaa97e028 obsolete
 /etc/profile.d/podman-docker.sh 127d59b6c36ba4ac9e1c08b2de8d85f9 obsolete
 /etc/cni/net.d/87-podman-bridge.conflist a87c090f17c5274af878e7106e969b60 obsolete

in /etc/cni/net.d/ I also see a cni.lock file:

$ ls -latr /etc/cni/net.d/*
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 639 13 nov  2022 /etc/cni/net.d/87-podman-bridge.conflist
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root   0 30 jan  2023 /etc/cni/net.d/cni.lock

These must removed explicitly on update if they are not shipped anymore
