[pkg-go] Bug#1137260: Should sia be removed from unstable?

Hi

I'm looking at 'golang-github-inconshreveable-go-update' which is only
needed by 'sia' and 'golang-github-rhysd-go-github-selfupdate'.  And
'golang-github-rhysd-go-github-selfupdate' is not used by anything.

I agree that 'sia' should be removed from unstable too, we already
discussed that in:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1089970
