webhook 2.8.3 is packaged and waiting for review in the team repository:

  https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/webhook/-/merge_requests/1

The changelog entry closes this bug, and Salsa CI passes on the branch.

I am not a Debian Developer, so the package needs a team member to review
and upload it.
