Fix in-tree-testing autopkgtest

'go test -v testing' with GO111MODULE=off ran the Go standard library's own
tests instead of the package's. Since Go 1.27 the stdlib testing suite fails
in GOPATH mode (golang/go#81263), causing a regression on all architectures.
Rewrite the test to run the package's own test suite (cmac, common, siv,
testing) from a temporary GOPATH, matching the installed-packages test.
