[Pkg-golang-devel] PATCH: debian package for golang-1.0.3

Hi,

This patch import upstream version 1.0.3 and fixed somes bugs for
golang package.

I try to build golang with hardening flags (lintian warning) pass to
$GO_GCFLAGS and  $GO_LDFLAGS, it not work yet.
