[Pkg-golang-devel] Bug#784926: golang-go-linux-386: Build package with CGO_ENABLED=1

Could you please build golang-go-linux-386 package with CGO_ENABLED=1.

Without it, nothing that uses external libraries can't be compiled for
GOARCH=386.
