"golang.org/x/sys" is a separate package now specifically to avoid the
need to get a revbump on the core compiler/stdlib for changes like
this, so I've retargeted this bug appropriately (to the provider of
the "golang.org/x/sys" Go package).

Looks like it probably just needs a new snapshot packaged.
