This is a false positive, since it already has https://.

Regardless, golang-github-cheggaaa-pb is superseded by the versioned
package golang-gopkg-cheggaaa-pb.v1 (#824601). I will request its
removal once etcd has switched to golang-gopkg-cheggaaa-pb.v1.
