Dear all,

the team is now set up: https://tracker.debian.org/teams/go-compiler/

I've added everybody from the Uploaders: field in the golang compiler
packages to the team, including Martín Ferrari, who wasn't in the loop
until now. He's now added to the CC.

If anybody didn't want to be added to the team, please accept my
apologies and feel free to remove yourself from the team.
