[pkg-golang-devel] golang-defaults package

Dear all,

probably I'm missing something here, but is there any explanation why
the version of the package golang-defaults uses the tilde ("~") in the
version?

Why can't we just use the normal hyphen ("-") for the Debian revision,
e.g. instead of:

golang-defaults_2:1.10~5

... the version would be:

golang-defaults_2:1.10-5

Regards,
Tobias
