Programmer's documentation is generated with 'make htmldocs'.

There doesn't appear to be any user documentation in the release tarball.

Hi,

the user documentation is generated on compile time.
Each modules comes with a local file 'description.html'
which is then merged in a fake session after compilation
into the full module's HTML page.

MAN pages are then derived from the HTML pages.
