[DebianGIS-dev] Bug#454849: Bug#454849: FTBFS with GCC 4.3: missing #includes

Hi,

this bug has been reported to to Debian Bug Tracking System.
build_geometry.cpp needs to include <cstring> to build with gcc 4.3.
