I tiny note for who will examine the new libgeotiff submission... 

I just submitted a couple of new src packages (libgeotiff-dfsg and
libgeotiff-epsg) which split EPSG data in a non-free src package. 
So the new package for main should not have any licensing issue now,
and the other should fit non-free requirements.
