The h4cc program is missing from this package, but is part of the
upstream source (see http://hdf.ncsa.uiuc.edu/products/hdf4_tools/).  
The h4cc program is needed to compile tools such as the h4toh5 conversion 
program also provided by the HDF Group at http://hdf.ncsa.uiuc.edu/h4toh5/.

Note that h5cc is included in the hdf5-tools package, but can't be used in
the place of h4cc.  

It would be nice to have h4toh5 in Debian, as it is very helpful for use
with the existing hdf4 and hdf5 support.
