Now that the big stuff got removed I can identify the smaller stuff ;)

src/terralib/utils/mtrand.h: differing License and Copyright, please document
src/terralib/stat/mtrand.h: same file as above
src/terralib/drivers/qt/: several files are licensed GPL instead of LGPL,
	please document
src/terralib/drivers/Oracle/TeOCISDO.h:
	This file was created by Oracle Corporation and contains functions to
        works with the Oracle Call Interface (OCI) Library.
        Copyright 1998, Oracle SDO.
examples/Debug/: I'm pretty sure there is no source for these .dll's (anymore),
	please remove
