[DebianGIS-dev] Bug#532145: [osm2pgsql] osm2pgsql: always forces a password prompt - breaks unassisted map generation

Although my local postgres server is configured to trust local postgres
connections and users, osm2pgsql always forces the password prompt
making automated generation of maps (I want to generate the map of a
place as it evolved in time). It seems to me the -W option is enabled by
default, making its usage useless.
