[DebianGIS-dev] Bug#379913: grass-doc: whatis parse errors in manpages

fwiw, these are all non-binary help pages & introductions which lack
standardized module description that the conversion script uses to
get the whatis name. Typically those are hand coded HTML.

hopefully fixed now upstream in grass 6.5 & 7, after testing it can be
backported to 6.4.



semi-related, does anyone know how to (back)port this python code to perl
regex for tools/g.html2man? would also solve a bunch of lintian errors.
