Hi,

Your package is build depending on libproj-dev | proj, and
libproj-dev does not exist.

This does not work.  The buildds will only consider the first
alternative, so libproj-dev.

Either drop the libproj-dev, or change the order.  But I don't
see why you have the build dependency on libproj-dev.
