The nad2bin tool used to compile the .lla grid files for proj-data
builds a CTABLE struct[1], which is defined using
architecture-dependent types (int). Yet proj-data is defined as
Architecture: all

This causes all sorts of bizarro errors when you're on the "wrong" architecture.
