Ok, I tried a stupid Java application, and confirmed that it is not
sensible to closing stdout just after the launch. Then the bug can be
considered confirmed.

Anyway, I think that understanding why josm decides to shut down when
stdout is not accessible won't be easy. I won't be able to work on it in
the next few days, sorry. :-(
