[DebianGIS-dev] Bug#575364: proj-bin: Incorrect man page sections

In the cs2cs man page, it says

but following the link (in Emacs 'man' mode) fails.  I think this
should be proj(1).

A similar error occurs throughout the man pages of this package; it may
be worth passing them all through sed when packaging.
