No, it is not the same thing:
* the one packaged is "GSDView open source edition" and it is hosted on
  SF
* the one you pointed to is "GSDView Pro Edition". It derives from the
  open source version and has a larger number of features. It is
  actually non-free and re-distribution is not allowed

Do you think it is enough?

I could also better specify that the package is for the "open source
edition" in the short/long description of the package itself.
