libgeotiff packaging plans

Hi.

There is libgeotiff 1.2.5 in Debian still, but upstream has 1.4
release candidate. What are plans for debian package release?

libgeotiff 1.4 has new feature for encoding +towgs86 projection
parameters. It will be very useful for maps with non-WGS84 datum.
