Building against netcdf with gfortran leads to:

nemo-cmor-rewriter.f90:5.12:

            1
Fatal Error: Wrong module version '0' (expected '6') for file 'netcdf.mod' opened at (1)

A rebuild of netcdf with gfortran-4.6 and it works.
