Bug#649305: tilestache: Please update recommends to python-mapnik2

I know, I maintain both packages :)

"Problem" is: mapnik's upstream is planning to re-change name to "mapnik". This
would need a re-introduction of python-mapnik, and re-upload of all those
packages (like tilestache) which were fixed in this period.

I'd prefer waiting a bit more :)
