Bug#683908: gpsprune: doesn't properly use $http_proxy

Package: gpsprune
Version: 10-1
Severity: normal

gpsprune uses the http_proxy environment variable to access maps, but ignores the port.

e.g.

   http_proxy=http://10.0.0.1:3128 gpsprune

after that, gpsprune tries to connect to 10.0.0.1 port 80, i.e. it
completely ignores the port, but does use the ip address, which cannot work.
