Bug#661839: gmt: rebuild against new libnetcdf

Dear Maintainer,

Most GMT programs are failing with:

grdinfo: error while loading shared libraries: libnetcdf.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Also, any idea when the latest upstream release will be available in
Debian?  Thanks.
