Bug#672106: qgis crashes immediately upon start (x86_64, unstable)

Dear Maintainer,

This crash is related to the python-qt4 package. With version 4.9.1-1 of the
package, I was experiencing the same crash. Upgrading to version 4.9.1-3 fixed
the problem for me.
