libhdf5-mpi-dev depends "libhdf5-mpich-dev", not "libhdf5-mpich2-dev" 
by replacing from mpich2 to mpich on the ports which use mpich by mpi-default-dev_1.0.2.

This bug is brought about by substitution mistake that 
$(DEFAULT_MPI) becomes "mpich", not "mpich2" in debian/rules file.

mpi-defaults_1.0.2 succeeded to be built on s390x, mips, mipsel, ppc64, m68k, hppa,
which use mpich or mpich2, and on other ports (sh4, sparc64, x32), 
it cannot be built yet by unsatisfying build-dep of mpich, now.
